At Shree Guruwar, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that there may be occasions where you may need to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and exchanges can be requested.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund or Exchange

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You must raise the request within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • The item must not show any signs of wear, usage, or tampering.

Please note that if these conditions are not met, the item will not qualify for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

Certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds due to hygiene, spiritual, or customization reasons. These include:

  • Energized Rudraksha

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items that have been used or worn, including partially used products

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount coupons

  • Any items returned after 7 days of delivery

These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

If your request meets the eligibility criteria, you can initiate a return or exchange by following these steps:

  2. Mention your order ID clearly and describe the issue in detail

  3. Attach clear photographs or a video showing the problem (damaged, defective, or wrong item)

  4. Specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange

Our team will get back to you within 24–48 business hours with further instructions. Please do not return the product until you receive confirmation from our side.

5.Exchanges/Replacements will be delivered in 7-10 working days.

Refund Process and Timelines

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., card, UPI, net banking)

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

  • If your order was placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank or UPI details to complete the refund

Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy and Conditions

If you prefer an exchange over a refund:

  • We will send a replacement of the same item, if available

  • If the item is not in stock, you may choose to wait, receive a full refund, or get store credit

  • Exchanges are free if the issue was our fault; otherwise, the return shipping will be borne by the customer

We will do our best to resolve the matter swiftly and fairly.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped yet. Once the product is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and you must go through the return process if needed.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order ID.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

  • If we shipped a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will bear the cost of return shipping

  • If you are returning a product for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will need to bear the return shipping cost

  • Please use a trusted courier service and ensure the parcel is packed securely

We are not responsible for any products lost in transit while returning.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted

  • If the returned product is damaged, used, or not in original condition, the refund or exchange will be denied

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any refund or exchange requests based on our inspection

  • For gifts, any applicable refund will be issued to the original purchaser, not the recipient
